From strategy to execution, we operate your inventory.

Our own technology. A team accountable for your results. Every Monday, for Shopify brands doing €2–20M: exactly what to reorder, how much, by when — ready to execute.

From strategy to execution

Here's what we actually do.

Demand Analysis & Forecasting
  • Review your sales velocity, seasonality, and trends every week
  • Identify accelerating and declining SKUs before they surprise you
  • Catch edge cases: returns, channel shifts, customer churn
Lead-Time Strategy
  • Verify every supplier's current lead time — they change constantly
  • Flag delays before they hit your stock
  • Calculate reorder windows that prevent stockouts while minimizing cash
Overstock & Liquidation
  • Identify every euro locked up in excess inventory
  • Recommend discount, bundle, hold-for-season, or liquidate
  • Protect margin while freeing up cash flow
Edge Case Management
  • New SKU launch — we set the reorder start point
  • Supplier delay — we adjust the plan
  • Demand spike — we calculate the extra buffer
The Monday Brief

All of the above, synthesized into one clear decision. A team reviews your business every week — you get one simple decision to execute Monday morning. Your approval. Your execution. Our accountability.

Why current approaches fail

Tools send alerts. We make decisions.

Inventory Tools
  • Forecasts drift over time
  • Nobody has time to maintain the settings
  • Your team ignores it, reverts to spreadsheets
You own the risk. The tool collects dust.
Spreadsheets
  • Last updated weeks ago
  • Lead times change — you find out too late
  • Requires constant manual updates
You own the risk. Hours spent managing data.
Gut Feel
  • Inventory anxiety every Sunday night
  • You guess based on partial information
  • One expedite costs €2k extra
You own the risk. And the stress.
InventoryOS
  • Our team analyzes demand weekly
  • We verify every supplier's actual lead time
  • We identify overstock you can liquidate
  • We own the reorder decision
You own nothing. We own the result.

Live in two clicks.
Decisions by Monday.

Connect Shopify, get your audit in 48 hours, and our team starts operating your inventory — a PO-ready brief lands every week.

Step 01

Connect Shopify

Two clicks, read-only access. We pull your sales velocity, variants, and current stock. You control all permissions — nothing changes without your approval.

Step 02

Get your free audit

Within 48 hours our team runs the full analysis: every SKU at risk of stockout and the cost of each, cash locked up in overstock and a liquidation strategy, and the exact POs we'd place this week. You see our actual work before committing to anything.

Step 03

Your team operates inventory

Every week: our team analyzes demand, verifies lead times, and identifies overstock. We draft the Monday Brief by 9am. You review, approve, execute — freed from inventory while we own the operation.

Who it's for

Built for the person inventory keeps up at night.

Sara €3–8M
The founder doing everything

Runs ops, marketing, and the supplier calls. She needs the inventory decision owned by someone who gets it right.

What changes: The Monday Brief arrives. She approves. Done — she stops thinking about inventory on Sunday nights.
Trigger: "A stockout cost me €10k last quarter."
David €8–20M
Tried the tools

Bought the software, set it up, and nobody opens it. Forecasts drift and the team reverts to the spreadsheet. He wants the outcome owned, not another platform to manage.

What changes: A team actually runs his inventory. He approves decisions and never opens the software again.
Trigger: "We have the tools. Nobody uses them."
Laura €2–5M
Can't switch off

Inventory runs through her head constantly. She carries the responsibility solo, and needs to hand off the actual decision — not just the data.

What changes: The decision is made Monday morning. She approves, and gets her mental space back.
Trigger: "It's always in the back of my mind."

The Monday difference.

Without InventoryOS
08:10

Open the spreadsheet. Last properly updated… two weeks ago.

09:30

Eyeball the best-sellers. Guess a reorder quantity. Hope the lead time's still right.

13:00

Supplier replies: that fabric is now 6 weeks out, not 4. The plan falls apart. Start over.

14:00

Expedite €2,000 to avoid a stockout.

16:45

Best-seller hits zero. You find out from a customer DM asking for a refund.

With InventoryOS
09:00

The Monday Brief lands in your inbox. 3 SKUs flagged, lead times verified, quantities calculated. €8,400 overstock identified for liquidation.

09:05

You read it over coffee. Reply "go" on two, ask one question on the third.

09:15

Suppliers already contacted about lead times. POs drafted in your sheet, ready for your final approval.

Rest of the week

No expedites. No surprises. No panic. The team is watching inventory — you rest on Sunday night.

FAQ

The questions you're actually asking.

Is this a person or software?+

A person. A real inventory manager who owns your reorder decisions. We use software to do the math fast — but you're getting a human who's accountable for the call, not another tool to log into.

Why not just use Inventory Planner or similar?+

You can — many of our clients did. The problem was never the tool, it's that nobody has time to drive it. Forecasts drift, settings go stale, and the team falls back to the spreadsheet. We own the outcome the software was supposed to deliver.

What's actually in the free audit?+

Within 48 hours of connecting Shopify: every SKU at risk of stocking out, how much cash is tied up in overstock, and exactly what we'd reorder this week. It's genuinely useful even if you never sign up.

How much of my time does this take?+

About five minutes a week — the time it takes to read the Monday brief and reply. Setup is two clicks to connect Shopify. After that, the work is ours.

Can you change things in my store?+

No. The Shopify connection is read-only — we never write back stock, orders, or prices. POs are drafted in your own sheet for you to review and place.

Is there a contract or lock-in?+

None. Month to month, flat fee, cancel anytime. The free audit always comes first — you decide after you've seen the work, not before.

What if a reorder call is wrong?+

Then we fix it and tell you why. You get a person who's accountable, not a dashboard that shrugs. If a number's off, it's on us to make it right.

What's the difference between this and just using Cogsy or Prediko?+

Tools send you alerts. We send you a decision. Tools show you data — someone still has to interpret it, decide, and execute. We do that interpretation and decision-making for you. Most brands tried those tools first; the problem wasn't the data, it was that nobody had time to actually run them. Settings drift, the team abandons it, and everyone goes back to the spreadsheet. We own the outcome the tool was supposed to deliver. Take the free audit and see the difference in how we actually operate your inventory.

Is this just an email with suggested quantities?+

The Brief is the output — the operation is the work. Every week we analyze your actual demand, verify supplier lead times, review overstock for liquidation opportunities, and account for seasonality, trends, and customer shifts. Then we make the call and send you the decision Monday morning. You get a team accountable for the result: if the Brief is wrong we fix it, if a supplier changes timelines we adjust, if a SKU accelerates we catch it. You approve and execute — we handle the thinking.
